What motivated you to join FIRST?:“I wanted to join a team that would allow me to use my mind in order to complete a task. I also love math and science."
What committees have you work/or plan to work on?: "I have worked on the mechanical team building a trailer and I was also the safety captain. This year as student leader, I plan to work on design sub-team, mechanical sub-team and the chairman’s award."
How do you plan on using this experience in your future: "I am planning on going into the medical field and this will help me learn how to problem solve and work as a team.”

How do you plan on using this experience in your future: "I hope to find a job in engineering.”
Frankie Spina

How many years have you been on FIRST?: Third year member.
What motivated you to join FIRST?:“I wanted to join the team because I wanted to do something different that let me have fun and use all my muscles. I love math and science and I love to learn. In my first year I was the safety captain and the rule master. I also worked on making the bumpers and learned how to do finances. Last year I was the student leader and scout master."
What committees have you work/or plan to work on?: "I helped with design and mechanics of the robot. I learned how to delegate work and the responsibilities of a leader. This year I am working on website and fundraising sub-teams.”
How do you plan on using this experience in your future: "I plan on becoming a teacher and this expierence will help me to organize and work with all different sorts of people, and in the end to get a goal accomplished."

What motivated you to join FIRST?: "I am a part of the ASCENT program at my school and I enjoy builidng and putting thigns together."
How do you plan on using this experience in your future: “The ability to work on a team and the cooperation I have gained from this program.”

What motivated you to join FIRST?:“I joined FIRST because I believe that joining would be an exciting way to meet new people, learn valuable life skills and have fun all at the same time."
What committees have you work/or plan to work on?: "This year I am working on the Chairman’s award, and the design and mechanical sub-teams."
How do you plan on using this experience in your future: "I hope to become a material or biomedical engineer, and I feel that there is no better way to prepare for this than by participating in FIRST.”

What motivated you to join FIRST?:“People were talking about it during school last year and that’s when I first heard about it. I love working with other people and also my dad works with tools to make shelves and other thing for our rooms at home and I have always wanted to know how to do things like that.”

How do you plan on using this experience in your future: “I want to be a teacher so I will take this team building to help with my future. "
